Steve Groom is an Attorney and a practicing Neutral. Steve has participated in over 2300 mediations and arbitrations, either as an advocate, or as a neutral.
Steve was formerly with Miles Mediatron & Arbitration, an Atlanta based, national firm with over 140 neutrals.
Steve recently served as a Mediation Judge in the American Bar Association National Finals of the Law School Mediation Competition
Steve served as a Mediation Judge in the American Bar Association Regional Finals of the Law School Mediation Competition.
Was an inaugural Board Member (2005) of Lipscomb University’s Institute for Conflict Management.
Has served for 20 years as a mediation coach for Tennessee Rule 31 Mediation Training.
Has over 400 hours of training in negotiation, arbitration, and conflict management.
Has lectured on mediation, arbitration, and conflict management for over 20 years.
